Return to 2017 Chases

May 26, Eastern Colorado Supercell

Barb and I chased a rather long-track supercell that developed to the northeast of Denver across the Plains of eastern Colorado and into northwest Kansas before ending the day. The chase took us through some of our favorate areas, such as Last Chance, CO. The storm provided great structure and a couple of fairly strong attempts at tornadogenesis, but appeared to fail from our vantage point.
